If this were accurate, Europe's birth rate would drop to zero.

Personally, I would be elated if Europe's birth rate dropped to zero, but reality is even if there were only 22.4% hetero males, they could impregnate females at a 5:1 ratio instead of standard societal 1:1. A dude could knock up 5 chicks in a couple days.
