Do you remember the hot garbage they were before Kelly came? It's a tough coaching gig at ND. Especially with all the academic requirements, and deep history that you have to coach with.

I think they would regret dumping Kelly unless they have a home run coach already in their pocket.

I imagine they are looking for a coach right now.

I'm sure they have feelers out there for other coaches, but IMO, ND isn't the coaching destination it used to be. It has to be tough on a potential coach search when a school deemed 9 wins a year to be "not good enough". Thinking back when they hired Kelly, I thought they were fortunate to have him.

Don't get me wrong, ND made a good decision when they hired Kelly, he always has good teams. Remember how Michigan went slowly down hill after they hired RR, it just got worse after that, why am I telling you that .. I think ND is on that same downword spiral

Wouldn't THAT cause a disturbance in the force if Meyer went to ND? It's not going to happen, though. Meyer would have difficulty being as successful at ND because of the academic constraints. Still, it's an interesting idea. . . .

Weak arm, terrible reads and no mobility. He isn't Hornibrook level. Happy feet on third down etc. Worst starting Michigan QB since Tate Forcier.

Yep, I noticed that in this game. If he just rides the defense, the running game and makes easy passes to the TE and bubble screens to the WR's that's all he has to do to win the game. No turnover and manage the game.
Hornibrook has no pocket presence and a weak arm as well.
