Like I said before, if they want to start making the call for targeting and give the player a 15 yard penalty, okay then so be it. I don't agree with it, but so be it.

But if you review it and clearly see the kid is diving to catch the football and accidentally hits the opponent in the face with this shoulder pad, YOU FUCKING DON'T THROW HIM OUT.
