My last post was supposed to have this attached but it didn't take. Sadly the smokestack says Baltimore but you can't see that...I need to take better photos going 50 mph.

I'm disappointed @Darkstone42 didn't provide us with a simple differential equation for baseball travel distances factoring in temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, altitude, and CO2 concentration...tsk

From that angle it would appear that there are Pots of Gold at both the Ravens' and Orioles' stadiums.

Well, in the past week they have been showing a lot of Drone Racing. So the content is ready.

Does anyone have the Hockey Sauce Kits? Saw them at the beach and I've been wanting them for awhile but the price is a bit steep for something I won't use a ton.

I don't, but there is a hockey training center here in town that uses it. My son says it's fun. Him and the other goalie play against each other when they are there.

I just checked their website and it looks like they have a sale going on right now. 25% off, FWIW.

Ive never seen that sauce hockey kit

3 of the kids who played on my sons hockey team last season have the synthetic ice sheets from costco. I think they are $30 :noidea:

2 weeks ago in kelowna i saw some kids on the beach with the synthetic sheet and they built a mound of sand over top of a 5 gallon bucket on its side ... same idea i guess :noidea: seemed like a lot of work but some cheap fun lol

i checked costco.ca just now and they are not there ... might be a seasonal online thing :noidea: I know Ive seen them in store at a couple of costcos close by to me in the past month

i wanna say theyre 4 ft by 4 ft but i could be wrong ... sized for shooting ... I guess you could try buying a few for your son for a goalie set up but i dont think you can connect/link them

/sportchek has this one thats 20x36 ... Im certain the costco one is bigger

My idea was to build a 6 to 8 foot wide(ish) surface with 4x4 wood at each end, so he can practice hard post push/slides. Plant his foot against the wood and launch sideways. When he reaches the other end, he can get upright again. Now that he's playing high school, wraparounds go top shelf and he has to be faster getting over and back up.

LEG STRENGTH BOY

you might be able to get away with using 2 4x8 sheets of melamine side by side to make a 8x8 square... might be "slippy" enough to slide across :noidea:
