If your defense keeps getting run on like this and takes the shots Stanford's oline gives allows 4 to 5 yards on run plays, Stanford controls the clock it really doesn't matter how good your offense is playing.

Shutting down the Stanford run is not something that has looked like a possibility tonight.

You won't stop their run, but you could stop shooting yourselves in the foot and finish a drive or two to get back in it.

Really? By my count they've had 11 in the box against the power runs and couldn't stop it. Unless the refs let Oregon bring in a 12th man to play, I think you're in for a large disappointment.

Shutting down the Stanford run is not something that has looked like a possibility tonight.

I saw a lot of sloppy mis-tackles, especially on outside runs. That can be fixed. Oregon may not have an answer for the Trees running right at them though.

Im confident. Our offense really is doing fine we just shooting ourselves in the foot with dumb turnover and a dumb coaching mistake, with us, it isn't disasterous to be down 17 points. Watch us kick an onside kick to start the half throwing Stnaford off.
