I heard that too. Sometimes it is very hard for a young person to step up and say that they changed their mind.

While I think the new blocking features will help with individual cases of online abuse, people in the public eye may still suffer with Twitter trolls as they often setup multiple accounts. The trolls themselves almost take a pride in being blocked by the celebrity, which sometimes means it only adds fuel to the fire.
