League suspends player indefinitely.
Weeks later league allows player to be put on IR as cap relief.
Player who is still suspended is permitted to practice with the team whilst his salary is not even counting against that team's books?

Doesn't a suspension include all team activity?

Jarmo and JD need to grab the entire coaching and training staff by the scruffs of their necks and drag them into a room and let them fight it out until someone can produce a credible explanation.

One can be expected. Maybe two. Three if a freakish run of bad luck.

It's supposed to. But players who cannot play through their own fault are also supposed to count against the cap.
