Good. Imo it should be A. You're free to enter the draft after HS and B. If you're not drafted where you like you can go to college as long as you haven't signed an agent but C. Once you enroll you have to stay in college at least 3 years unless you sign with team who drafted you ( the team who drafted you retains your rights, if you're not drafted you have to stay at least 3 years for sure ). I think that's fair to everyone.
No need to block them. Companies that want college grads will hire you conditionally your senior year but the offer only becomes official once you earn your degree. People with academic scholarships don't leave before they earn their degree unless they start their own multi-million dollar company while still in college. There’s no need for c.
Kids on academic scholarships aren’t blocked from going to work for google early.

They've already hot a built in one with the G league . They just need to pay better .Just make the rules like baseball.
It works for them. The NBA just needs to set up a minor league is
all. The NCAA could force the NBA to do that.
When did the NBA get rid of their old rules?I’m not against a hockey style concept where teams can draft them out of hs and hold their rights. But the players really lose on that end too. Unless you let the teams pay the players.

Bird was drafted as a junior by the Celtics, then played his senior year at Indiana State. (He was a 5th year senior.)
Even that option is better than now.
