Oklahoma doesn't qualify to join the B10
Watching a lot of teams with Texas players...including my lowly Miners...it seems Texas high schools are doing a damn poor job of teaching tackling in the secondary. Either that or the receivers are WAY ahead of the DBs. Just my observation. Were they better in 1995 (with 7 tejas recruits) or 2010 (with 21 tejas recruits)?
Maybe tejas recruits ain't all they're cracked up to be?
Oh they have plenty of smarts. Their only sin is stealing land.Oklahoma doesn't qualify to join the B10
Oklahoma does NOT qualify to join the B10 therefore no offer would be made. Get better academics abd then this thread would be validYou're crazy if you think the B1G wouldn't take OU in a heartbeat if David Boren announced "Oklahoma will absolutely join the B1G if they give us an official invitation".

Hey I'd love to have OU athletically but they don't qualify. It's really that simple. It's like a 5 star can't miss with a 1 2 GPA and shitty test scores. Sure they'd be nice to have but they can't get inOh they have plenty of smarts. Their only sin is stealing land.
They aren't an option. Because they don't qualify
Not sure how stuff works in the B12 but the B10 isn't abandoning AAU money, prestige and tradition just to get Oklahoma in. Research money dwarfs sport moneyI don't care. They'd make it happen if Oklahoma wanted in.
Is there that much difference in Nebraska and OU?Hey I'd love to have OU athletically but they don't qualify. It's really that simple. It's like a 5 star can't miss with a 1 2 GPA and shitty test scores. Sure they'd be nice to have but they can't get in
Nebraska qualified
I thought they weren't AAU...whatever the hell that means.Nebraska qualified

Nebraska qualified academically and was AAU . AAU membership can come after IF you qualify. OU does not. Besides OU already petitioned the B10 in 2010 and was denied ( along with KU, ISU, TAMU ) B10 can be super selective in who they addI thought they weren't AAU...whatever the hell that means.
