If you avoided every movie that has De Niro in it you would miss a lot of great movies. Including one of the most underrated movies ever, IMO, Jackie Brown

Yeah I will add that De Niro really didn't add anything to that movie. In fact I bet it would have been better if Steve Busciemi played that role.

But I give it 4-4.5 stars. The story was good and Samuel L Jackson was great as usual

I know this thread is for movies, but I have to weigh in on an animated series I just watched. It was recommended for me by Netflix. It is called "F is for Family". It is based on comedian Bill Burr's childhood in the 70's. I give it 1 star. This is absolute garbage. I'm shocked that Bill Burr didn't kill himself, given his abusive parents. It's like "Family Guy" meets "That 70's Show", except those shows are funny.

I saw that on Metacritic. I'm not a big live-action comedy guy. I'll always prefer American Dad, South Park, King of the Hill, Futurama, or Simpsons.

Oh F is for Family is animated. Maybe I'll check it out. But I'd rather watch BoJack Horseman first. Plus, I still have to finish Boardwalk Empire. I just got done the second season last night

Bojack Horseman is not bad. I watched most of the first season but haven't gotten around to seeing the last couple or the second season.

Busty Cops II. 3/5 stars. Not as good as I, but still had its moments. I thought Ashley Blue was believable as the Marine Biologist, but Aimee Sweet's portrayal of Ms. Wilder seemed a bit contrived. To be fair, I did not see the whole movie --around the 23 minute mark I got really interested for about 30 seconds, then suddenly lost interest and became tired and went to sleep.

American Sniper 3.5/5 stars. I don't approve of the Iraq War but it did have some bad ass action scenes. The last 20 minutes were boring though. The PTSD shit gets old

It's bound to dethrone Avatar as the all-time leader in gross domestic sales at $760 million. Gone with the Wind is first all-time in adjusted gross with $1.7.billion.
