Except the you can hit what 2 or 3 Kirkland balls into the lake for the price of one ProV1
I was given a dozen monogrammed ProV1's a few years back as a business gift. It came up in casual conversation a few years later what the folks I played with thought of them. I said I never had the guts to use them for fear somebody would pick up one of them in the woods and know what a clusterfuck golfer I really was!!!

ProV 1 or ProV 1x

best combination of softness, feel, and distance

I've used other "really good" golf balls...And then I go back to the ProV 1 and I wonder why I ever left.
And it's no secret, the highest percentage of players on the pro tour use Titleists.
And they don't get paid to do it.
If a golfer isn't very good and plays a lot of golf, of course it doesn't matter which golf ball a player uses. but........

Yeah they truly are quality golf balls, I just can't pull the trigger yet and get them

Vice Golf PRO PLUS - VICE U S A

Found one of these on a course a while back. I've heard nothing but good things after doing some research. Many were comparing to proVs at a much cheaper price.

I have a giftcard for a couple dollars at Dicks I need to use, so I might go pick up a dozen Bridgestones myself. Not sure which ones I want though. Probably go with the e5 based on that golf ball selector site.

Ball selector site on Dicks' or on Bridestones website?

Perhaps those were the best "models" Though I would think with technology as advanced as it is now that's a little hard to believe
I keep getting caught up on the height of the ball off my driver. I don't think it is generally too high, so I keep going to the medium height.

I usually sky my drives.. Granted I stupidly use a 10.5 degree loft

I just tweaked my R1 to 10.5. Higher loft is supposed to help with relieve you of your slice and I need it. It puts it a little higher, but I don't have a Bubba hook off the tee anymore.

I use a lot of loft on my drivers because I have a slower swing speed. Been a while since I've had it measured but I'm positive it is well below 100

Yes, backspin counters side spin, which is why you get less slice effects with the shorter irons and progressively more with the longer, more flat-faced clubs.

You can also just use your 3-wood on tee when you're slicing you driver badly.

But your scores aren't, I'll wager.
