I didn't say it doesn't matter, dumbass. I said I'm not overly impressed by it. I've said several times that I don't believe he's a bad coach.

Here's the big difference, Cletus: Harbaugh left Stanford as a 12-1, top 5 team in the nation with proven talent and a solid foundation that had improved in record every year under Harbaugh. San Francisco, meanwhile, was a disorganized junk team coming off of a 6-10 season that hadn't shown improvement in years.

Every team in the NFL is young and talented, though. It's the NFL. It's the best of the best in the world. Look at the Browns:

You could go through basically every NFL team and list the talent, but it takes a coach to put it together. Nobody could in SF until Harbaugh got there and instantly they were in the playoffs. He did a hell of a job, you can't deny that.

The offense changed. Singletary was a defensive minded coach and couldn't produce offensively. Harbaugh was able to come in and get the offense going and they found success - with a team that was already built.

Let me get this right. According to you Harbaugh flipped the 49ers in a year. It was all him. IN the same league Belichick couldn't do shit with the Browns. But at Michigan where he picks roughly 20 new players a year and three seasons later it's still a train wreck at Stanford he never won a conference title. This guy you're defending.
