I would expect Ellis to be out. She would have his current position.

And since this can’t happen for a year or two at the soonest, depends on the trajectory of the team in that year(s) as far as JE is concerned.

I think it is really hard to say the way she would handle the situation. I could see her keep the status quo for a while she learns and evaluates. She might become the owner and turn around and sell the team.

If a brand new owner came in I think they would be more likely to clean house unless the team was in the playoffs with an upward trajectory.

I think Ellis wants out - especially if he is successful in installing Brittany. IMO - you don't boot the franchise legend in the 1st year of taking over the franchise - you put him on a short leash.

I think Brittany would give Elway a long leash actually. I think DC and SS who are ready to move on from Elway in 22/23. I'm ready to move on in 22 /23 but, with new ownership fresh ideas coming out of Dove Valley.
