Cleveland and Houston are pretty much the same for me. I dropped Cleveland down a peg because they're the Cleveland Browns. But Houston is run by Bill O'Brien so...shit...it's close between those two.

They moved up and leapfrogged the Seahawks. With the Rams expected to stutter a bit, I could definitely see the 49ers taking that division.
