If he agreed to not appeal, it keeps the story out of newscycle more. Makes sense to me in a cynical sense.did less than zekiel
yep, plus if he takes the suspoension this year his fins are so miniscule compared to nexxt yearIf he agreed to not appeal, it keeps the story out of newscycle more. Makes sense to me in a cynical sense.
Tampa Bay has no say so, just like Dallas didn't. Yes they can advise but it's up to Winston.This. Hopefully Tampa is smarter than Dallas was last year and realizes that missing Winston vs 3 great teams is better than appealing, losing all 3 anyway and then having him sit during games they could actually win in
I still remember you'd be called racist if you said he had character concerns prior to the draft.Who knew that consistent sexual assault-type actions since college has consequences?
Lol did you forget the part where the other friend confirmed Jameis story that the other friend was in the front seat? Yeah, you would believe the guy who is trying to cover his ass because he is appealing his sexual assault conviction.
Haha, throw in some macrame and country cooking lessons to temper the madness.Interested to know what kind of mandated behavior-mod dealie he has to attend. I'm guessing "sensitivity training" and maybe anger management, with some community service chucked in
Don't be obtuse. Violation of the conduct policy isn't limited to criminal acts or things that result in arrest.Looks like he was suspended for not being arrested and charged with a crime. Goodell logic.
I don't think any of us know that there isn't any evidence. Burden of proof is also a big factor here. In a criminal case, it is "beyond a reasonable doubt" but in civil court it's only "preponderance of the evidence." I am assuming the NFL's conduct policy carries a standard closer to the civil court. This is why you're going to see players get in trouble by the league even though the law may not come after them to the point where they're prosecuted or even charged with a crime. It's sad that these players keep getting suspended without any evidence. All it take is for a girl to make a claim, and the NFL automatically believe her.
the law moves slowlyI mean, if the allegations are true, how the fuck is he not in jail?
@jwolt92 might have some inside knowledge on this former Seminole sex predator.
So the Uber driver is making it up and Winston deserves the benefit of doubt because his rapsheet is make believe.
Lets take a look at all the Winston incidents

And that was just in college
You are right, its all conspiracy against him.
