Actually just saw a video from ex NFL player Gary Cobb and he made a good point. He said it’s Pederson because Philly has the #1 seed, best record in the NFL and lost a HOF LT, a HOF return man and supreme 3rd down back, a MLB playing at a Pro Bowl level and now Carson Wentz and he keeps winning. It would be like the Rams losing Goff, Gurley, their LT and their 2nd best defensive player and still pulling of the 1 seed and best record... which he didn’t even do with all his stars. Good point.

Well they've only played 2 games without Wentz. I don't think anyone thinks they'd be #1 seed had wentz gone out in say week 7

Pederson in my (tiny) mind.

Though the homer instinct is for Darth Hoodie.

Either McVay or Pedersen imo. Philly has gone above and beyond for where many expected them to be this season. This was supposedly another rebuild year and Doug has brought a new positive culture into Philly. I know majority of you are taking McVay and rightfully so, but Pedersen has a very strong case of getting this award. I would rather have an Lombardi Trophy than having any individual awards. Just my two cents.

I don't see any other answers aside from Doug Pedersen and Sean McVay.

One could make an argument for BB every year, couldn't they? But that would get boring.:suds:

Which is why I think he usually doesn't win it.

Same thing with Brady and the MVP, even if he has the numbers, there are plenty of voters that are tired of him, and want a new story.

Both awards are political, and for the most part meaningless because of it.

And we all know there are only two titles that matter. SB Champion, the last one, and the next one. All others are history, or future.:suds:

Yes, BB could pretty much win it every year. This award usually goes to the turnaround coach who surprises and turns a perennial loser into a winner. This year that would be either McVay or Pederson.

Looking at the history, BB has won three times so he hasn't been snubbed. Bill Walsh only one once. Pete Carroll never won which is surprising with him winning a super bowl and their run over the past few years.

My vote's with Broncos coach Vance Joseph.
Try coaching with your "legendary" GM calling all the shots.....

Well I started to say Hue , but I felt sorry for him, I'm thinking Macadoo ....Benched Eli for Gino Smith and got him and the GM fired all in 1 yr.....Stupid Coach of the Year !!!!!

Tough call. Pederson, McVay and Zimmer all deserving.

I think McVay will win it, but it wouldnt hurt my feelings if Zimmer won it.
