I'd give the nod to Mike Zimmer. He's continuously reshaping the Vikings after disastrous injuries to key players. He's been fielding a top flight defense for a few years now too. Strong coach.

Vikings took advantage of the Rodgers injury more than anyone else.

...and responded to their own quarterback injury and the loss of Dalvin Cook. Zimmer has reshaped the culture up in Minnesota. Just my opinion.

Not saying you are not right, talk about Culture shift Los Angeles had a much bigger shift than Minnesota. Zimmer has been there 4 season and only one losing season, and a playoff appearance two years ago. Hell two years before Zimmer got there the Vikings were in the playoffs. While Los Angeles has had their first winning season since 2003. So like I said its not even close in culture shift.

Coach of the year always goes to the team that comes out of nowhere's coach. That's McVay.

Actually just saw a video from ex NFL player Gary Cobb and he made a good point. He said it’s Pederson because Philly has the #1 seed, best record in the NFL and lost a HOF LT, a HOF return man and supreme 3rd down back, a MLB playing at a Pro Bowl level and now Carson Wentz and he keeps winning. It would be like the Rams losing Goff, Gurley, their LT and their 2nd best defensive player and still pulling of the 1 seed and best record... which he didn’t even do with all his stars. Good point.

My vote's with Broncos coach Vance Joseph.
Try coaching with your "legendary" GM calling all the shots.....

McVay appears to be the media darling in this but honestly, him, Pederson or Zimmer would all be deserving choices. All 3 teams have exceeded expectations and all 3 coaches have done masterful jobs.
