Franks is the future. This is a little surprising, but Malik wouldn't have started all season anyway unless he was just tearing it up.

I'm not that shocked they guy looked terrible last year like a shell of the guy we say the last time he played in a football game. Not to mention like Vyle posted Franks is the future he really should have picked an easier place to win the job if he wanted a chance to really shine. I know he was competing against younger guys but that also works against him because those guys will get better and be with the program longer.

Franks is a redshirt freshman, Wimbush is a redshirt sophomore. I like Zaire, but he's having a hard time beating out quality players a few years younger. I think he will see some playing time for Florida this year, but he might have been better off moving to a team with less quarterback talent.

Is this his last year of eligibility left? I wonder if he can apply for another year since he played basically in 1 and 3/4 of a game a couple of years ago.
