According to Elias, Dalton was the first Bengals quarterback with four interceptions in a season opener (and the first with five turnovers in any game) since Jeff Blake in 1995

I don't think I am and it's wrong either way. Jeff Blake didn't have any turnovers in the season opener in 1995.
i read it as "dalton was the first benglas QB to throw 4 picks in a home opener. the first with 5 turnovers in any game since jeff blake in 1995"

Okay the parenthesis confused me. Usually that means you can take those out and the sentence would be the same. Should be, Dalton is the first Bengals QB to ever have 4 INTs in a season opener, and the first QB since Jeff Blake in 1995 to have 5 turnovers in a game.

I wouldn't lay any money on that though, Cleveland isn't there yet, but they are under new management that seems to have a clue for a change, and have lots of young talent. They gave your boys a decent run, I'm sure they could crack at least one game from the Bungals.
I don't know what to think of their offense because the Steelers D isn't anything to brag about. But the Browns D is vastly improved. Gregg Williams was a great hire for them.

I think they were refering to 95 in general, not the season opener, it was just poorly worded. And PFF doesn't list fumbles in individual games. For the season, Blake had 17 picks and 10 fumbles. I could see one of those games being a 5 TO game.

It's worse that poorly worded. They SPECIFICALLY reference individual game performances.

I think it's the Week 6 game against Tampa. 3 INTs, 2 fumbles it looks like. Had to look through the game log.

0 TD's all preseason and none so far after going 0-2.

i hope your misguided take on chili was worth it last night.

Tom Brady's jealous of Andy Dalton's luxurious red hair.

Dang, same week Denver crushed the Pats 37-3. Looks like we've been owning Belichick and Brady since before they were even in New England.
