I just had a crazy idea. As teams win more games, they get vouchers to be able to cash in at their leisure where they can make the opposing net bigger for the whole game. It would be a size increase in the bank.

Bigger Nets = More Fights for no other reason than getting blown out. Think about it, your goalie has yet to adjust the other goalie has adjusted. 9-1

Make the Ice Larger, add a foot or two, that should help out in more ways than one.
