Well I was assured that Michigan had better QB's and talent than Alabama had, so you are obviously barking up the wrong tree.

yeah, so michigan should have had 28 or even 35 before the end of the first quarter, maybe more... because this ND team probably isn't as good as the one that reached the title game.

i seriously can't ever remember a 1v2 game or even something close to 1v2 that i knew the outcome so quickly. by the time alabama had the ball at 7-0 and started driving again, you knew there was literally no chance for notre dame.

Take it easy on Michigan. They have young players and don't have Hoke's players fully implemented into his system.

Don't pretend Nussmeier isn't a good coach. It makes you look like a child. McCarron had his best seasons under Nussmeier. So he didn't develop him straight out of high school (I'll give you that) but he definitely developed him further, which helped him set school records. Alabama's offense, the last two seasons, has kicked ass. It's your defense that let you down against Texas A&M, Auburn (with a touch of special teams) and Oklahoma.

Hoke wants to implement the same style of offense that Bama runs. As long as Nussmeier continues to recruit talent and develop QBs, we'll be set for many years.

Yup u will be set for many years:pound::pound:

Boy this thread is funny reading it now......watta great offensive job this guy is doing!!!! :wtf2:

Hey, Nussmeier made it to the red zone TWICE on Saturday. He is developing the next Oregon offense.

And gardner is back in.....lets hope the backup knows where his helmet is this week...

At least we wont have to watch gardner sulking on the sidelines all game...now that hes back at starter...players and coaches are saying gardner is still their leader:pound: what kind of leader sulks on the sideline all game when theyre not in...i didnt even see him trying to help sugar shane the savior out.

Oh good, I didn't say anything too stupid. I'm actually still behind this statement:

"I actually think Hoke still has another year (Edit: this refers to this season) unless we go 7-6 again. I think if he finishes with 8 or 9 wins he'll be in the spot that Bo Pelini is in at Nebraska."

That's like being just good enough in the NBA that you never pick in the top 5 in the lottery...
