Whefff..... Real nice battle we've got going here Driaz.

It'll be interesting to see how many of our guys make their second start this week. Im a little nervous about Chen and Ventura getting rested. Hopefully the Royals need all the wins they can get, for Wildcard purposes.

I've been running 3 closers for a while now, probably when Melancon took over the job is when I started. I only had to sweat the hefty innings limit one time.....I think I had a two start pitcher get a second start rained out and another pitcher got pushed back and I only had about 36 innings.

Yeah, you definitely have to be concerned about Chen and Ventura. The rest of the pitchers should most likely pitch unless there's a weather issue.

Our championship matchup is dominated by the pitching staffs.....so far both our offenses have been rather offensive in the bad way....

I'm sure Miggy will get a day off.....hopefully only one though! It is interesting though that the top two picks in the draft are facing off in our league championship. That is more rare than one would think.

And in sitting at 2.41 and 1.158 at the moment. Your starters have been ridiculous so far. Should be a great finish over the weekend!

We don't have a winner here just yet, but Smitty and myself will be joining y'all next season.

I'm currently up 7.5 - 2.5, but we are tied in 5 categories that could go either way, although he has more bats still playing, and he only has to try and get it to 5-5 since he holds the tiebreaker on me.

Two of our ties are pitching with saves and k's being tied. He has Kenley Jansen (I have no one left) but thankfully the Dodgers are up huge! Just hope they don't decide to just give him an inning to get ready for the playoffs....not entirely unheard of since they are off for 2 to 3 days with the new wildcard game.

We are tied in HR (8) RBI's (28) and SB (7) so even if he flips those to him, he would still need to find a way to flip OBP from my .319 to .307 lead or R (my 31 to 26 lead)

It has been an extremely close championship matchup.

I don't know if the MBBRL leagues without add/drops work the same as the others. I won in baseball n football when we weren't allowed to make moves.

I already guarantee my win for Draft and forget year 2... I am going with the no closer strategy again, but will also not draft any big Strike out guys...

I actually love the midseason change idea, wanted to do it last year but didn't due to not making it a rule in the beginning...
