It wasn't a matter of if but rather a matter of when for Pax.

He will never be a full time ace, and probably the best thing we could do is trade him once healthy and valued at it's peak.

Let's not get Felix'ed here, time to cash in for a guy that a majority of us really like; I'm tired of these injuries.

Definitely not a fan of Elias and I knew it was to good to be true that Paxton might be our ace not hit the DL this season. Has he ever had a complete injury-free season?? Lefty Suarez is 3-6 with a 3.94 ERA. Offense needs to be stellar tonight if we're gonna have any chance with Elias on the hill.

Yeah, I thought that sucked too. What a waste- and waving Seager on in that situation is just another example of why this team won't make post season.

I suspect NW has me blocked (haha) but in regards to the Seager send: No, the way this team is struggling to score runs you HAVE TO send the runner there and force the defense to make a play. They did. Good for them. Stay aggressive.

So Pax left his last start before the ASG, gets scratched before his first start post ASG, but he's fine and will be ready for his next...

Haven't we seen this movie before?

I'm not buying it until I see it. They always seem to under report these issues or are simply naively overly optimistic and can't ever see what's really happening.

That was a giant blunder giving that game winning run for no reason.

You can't give away games at home like this and be in a post season battle. This was a horrible loss.
