I know homer pick but right now I just can't see any real favorites so went with the home team in a lot of games as usually closely rated games home team has the advantage.

This doesn't quite work. If the Bengals win they go to New England not Denver. The #1 seed gets the lowest remaining team so the only team the Broncos could not play here in 2 weeks is the Bengals. We would have gotten the Chiefs in your scenario.

I agree with you for the most part. that Seahawks/Vikes game imo is kinda up in the air...

though I AM kinda hearing Dalton might be ready to play this weekend...

as far as the Super Bowl goes, don't get me wrong. the Donks have PLENTY on the defensive side of the ball to get 'er done. that o-line is the question, though...

as far as the Super Bowl goes, don't get me wrong. the Donks have PLENTY on the defensive side of the ball to get 'er done. that o-line is the question, though...

Isn't that the situation for quite a few of the AFC teams though? I mean NE has probably had some of the worst OL play of any team over the last 6 weeks where they have gone 2-4. KC has looked better but at the same time not like they have played anybody that has been a great defense other than Denver in the last 10 games and even there a huge part of that win was all the turnovers deep in Denver territory. The Chiefs have been playing with a lead quite a bit lately so what happens if they come out against a playoff caliber team and are down 14 early? My guess is that OL really struggles when teams can pin their ears back and get after Smith.

Really at this point every AFC team for sure has a major weakness that will be blamed if they lose

Pittsburgh has the worst defense of any team in the AFC
Chiefs at times can have a limited offense with limited weapons outside of Maclin (any word on Maclin and his injury?)
Houston--Very limited offense and some holes on the defense
Cincinnati--Who is playing QB
New England--Terrible OL and at times a defense that can struggle
Denver--Terrible OL and who is playing QB?

Mentally do not think Cardinals were into that game.. could be wrong. Still think Seahawks are dangerous, but not confident they can win 3 roads games to get back to Super Bowl. Could be wrong.. both Packers and Steelers did it.

And Giants, right? I just can't remember where they played but know they were a WC.

Anyway, I agree it will be tough on the road to pull off 3 straight in the playoffs. Probably why oddsmakers right now have 3 teams above them in the SB betting.
