Pretty good value on the Texans and the Rams. The Texans continue to build a roster around Stroud and the Rams were playing some of the best football in their conference when they narrowly lost in the playoffs. Now they have some salary cap relief, maybe one more good year for Stafford and Donald and a bunch of good young players.

The Bengals having worse odds that the Bills is hilarious. Vegas loves the Bills, but I'm fairly sure they don't watch them. Same flawed Buffalo team will show up next year, but they'll probably be in even worse shape due to their cap issues.
