There are lots of quality FAs out there. Why aren't we seeing more players getting picked up?

I'LL TELL YA WHY!
......
Uh, someone is knocking at my door.
You are hearing things.....
Why add the salary if they are not going to play?
Hoping Seattle signs Griffen to bolster that d-line
I was hoping the same for NE. Both teams still need another pass rusher.
I'm still waiting to see where Clowney lands on his 1yr deal. I'm only guessing he'll get a 1yr contract.
NE once he lowers his price to Belichick's bargain price point.

Not a fan of Clowney. He's no longer the player he once was. Niether is Griffen. But Griffen doesn't bring the same baggage.
Plus will come at a cheaper price as I think Clowney is still looking for that big number he probably won't get.
It will be interesting to see where Clowney ends up and at what price and how long of a contract he does get.
No one knows if they'll play or not. Now with camps opening I think a handful of these mid tier vets could be had on the cheap. Low risk/cost potential high reward. Kind of guys BB loves. NE has a lot of holes and enoug cap $ to start making a splash.
