They are practicing plays in a time when practice isn't allowed and it's being video taped for Harbaugh to view secretly from another room.

There are 3 guys in a row on the floor. Dead give away right there, it's the offensive line.

The guy on the left end is making a bird like deal to signal he is the wing back, and the big guy is the QB and he's picking up the little guy to signal he's throwing the ball to the wing back.

You're looking at sanctions for this and probably a 2 year bowl ban once this NCAA gets a hold of the tape.
