FYI - There is a special Episode after the third season that updates you on Buddy, Britney, Ollie and a few other players. It's worth the watch if you liked the first 2 seasons.

Most amazing thing is the Bears are giving John Franklin III a chance and he will be trying to make the team at this year's camp as a reciever.
Actually watched it before I binged season 3. Enjoyed it, wish they would have looked at a few more people.

Still think John Franklin is a self centered douche.

:L

He looked good late in the season though. Interested to see how he fits in.
When the kid was dialed in he was fantastic but kind of a head case and a horrible student. I'm not sure this kid has the maturity to compete at the next level and be patient with having to earn playing time.

I think he grew up a bit in his time. He is a guy I didn’t like at first but grew to appreciate. Wish the kid well... unless playing LSU.

Buddy now this guy. Do JUCO coaches know how to coach? These guys are so much worse than the coaches I had in high school. “It doesn’t mattter what I call, I should be able to call peanut butter and jelly and if that kid loves you he will run through all 11 guys and score and touchdown.” What the hell are you talking about? Also he talks like the dude from Eastbound and Down.

Buddy is an idiot but I think he seemed to know his football.

Just watched episode 1 of the new season....definitely making the last coach in the last season look like a saint. Our former RB is on the team, apparently his dad is ranting on twitter about how they were both lied to by this coach. So clearly more happens this season lol.

The Michigan kid is the 2nd string RB loses his job, can’t hold on to the football and is a cry baby. He got his opportunities and squandered them.

Sounds about right. He transferred away from here because he couldn't get on the field.

Malik Henry doesn't look like a 5 star recruit. Every pass he throws is off his back foot. Even in practice, he never steps into a pass. Bad mechanics, Bad attitude and poor classroom. He will not see Div1.

CTE, Friday Night Tykes, and coaches like Jason Brown are why less and less parents are allowing their kids to play youth football.

Malik Henry's father is THE problem with Malik Henry. The guy basically came back into his life when it was time to brag that his son was a phenomenal athlete. He comes back and then fills his head with all this "you're special" bullshit. The only thing more annoying than Henry is the linebacker who constantly whines about wanting to quit football and go back home.

This show is a train wreck that I admittedly cannot look away from.

Wonder if he tells them he was at 6 different schools in 6 years before coming to Independence. This dude has to win because no one is going to put up with this dipshit for anything less.

I watched the first season of this quite some time ago then sorta forgot about it. It sounds like there’s a season 2 and 3?!! Is that right? I’m looking for something to watch so I’ll try and fit it in.

To me, the star of the first season was that guidance counselor. Man, the amount of energy she put into those kids to help them succeed was remarkable!
