Cousins stunk on Sun for the most part, but he is not immobile. He runs about a 4.8 40. He is not the fastest QB in the NFL, but he can avoid the rush & scramble when needed (& did so several times on Sun - was just about all he did at that time). We will see what he does moving fwd.
He ran an official time of 4.93 at the combine. Bradford ran a 4.72 at his pro day so normally the combine numbers are .2 slower so he's roughly the same speed as Cousins. Now he isn't a statue like Brady or Manning but I wouldn't say he's in the Alex Smith or Rodgers area of mobility. I think him and Bradford have similar mobility and escapablility which is right about average.
