I think it all depends on winning now. If you really don't think you're gonna make a deep run, hold JJ unless Henry offer adds more

I think a lot of it depends on what type of owner you are. If you are an owner that does a lot of trades then you should go for the win now attitude and do the trade, since you will turn your roster over again before Henry is out of gas. But since you said that you don't do many trades and if you plan on having this same roster for the next 5 or 6 years then I think you hold on to Jefferson because in the long term it will be more worthwhile. I never really have anybody long enough to worry about their value in 5 years because chances are they won't be on my team. The hardest part about dynasty is when to cut an older player loose and get the maximum value for them.
