So what are the odds Gordon actually plays this year? Plenty of time for trouble to hit between now and week 4...

The Browns should think about trading RG III to Washington for Cousins.
Trading Capt Kirk to the Rams would be the better story.

Capt. Kirk for Sean Mannion? Talk about rolling the dice. With RG III the Redskins will know exactly what they're getting. It would just be a much wiser trade.

I think we should start a pool for the date. I'll take the day the Browns QB throws a TD. Wait -that's next year!

The Browns offense rather quietly will be very interesting to watch. Hue Jackson is going to scheme away from the OL as much as possible and make RG3 and the WR's as comfortable as possible. They need to figure out if RG3 is what the Skins to drafted him to be before the next draft if at all possible.

Good, the product is better and more worth watching when the league allows the most talented players to participate in the games.

Although I agree the product is better, it's not like the league just decided to suspend this guy. He did it to himself. You can't blame the league for that.

100% blame the league. The guy was just living his life. The league said "well we don't want you then." He didn't share his pee with them, they demanded it.

It's a fucked up policy and Josh Gordon is one of its victims.

So because Gordon can't follow the rules, its the NFL's fault? If he doesn't like the rules, go find another job that has policies that fit his lifestyle.

You "blame the system" guys crack me up.

Typical response of a 20 something or millennium blame the league.
Police officers, service men and women, other public servants who make 1/10th of these athletes have to take urine tests. In most cases if they fail one they're fired and lose their career. Pro athletes get chance after chance.
It's unfortunate that some of these athletes were born with their freakish talent. Never had to work for anything. Thus they feel they don't need to follow the rules right, wrong or indifferent.
What's the average Football players career, 6 years or something. All these idiots need to do is stop smoking till you're 30. Retiree and smoke their ass off on a beach somewhere for the rest of their life.:painkiller:
