The way Miami has been playing Rio and Cole together I have to assume Cole is moving to the back up 2 rotation and Toney will be their back up PG.

They wouldn't put him ahead on the depth chart but Cole is the better player at this stage of their career's, even from 3p. So if they wanted some D to go with their 3 Cole is the answer.

Douglas sucks. He is not a better pg than Chalmers or cole and cole is not.a better 2 guard than ray allen (he is a PG). Douglas will be the 3rd string pg. This deal was made because of Anthony's contract

I am not saying Toney is a better PG but Cole is the better D and 3 player over Allen and the Heat have been playing Rio and Cole together more this year than ever before.

Danny Ainge, the man never sleeps. In essence, he is trading for three second round picks, not a round 1 and a second rounder.

So Boston continues to buy warehouses to stock pile picks.

At some point, those picks will be bundled for a major move

Danny wont sit still and wont live out dreams of a aging veteran group.

Sad thing is the CBA rules make this method a must.

Still nice deal and Bass has to be next to go. Good to see Danny knows how to pull off multiple team deals.
