That sucks to hear. He's one of those guys where when the offense is out, you can just watch him and it's hugely entertaining great football.

Sorry to disappoint you guys but you won't get a meltdown on me from this.

Had the Texans won in New England or even been competitive, I might have given you a meltdown. But, the reality is, even with a healthy Watt, the Texans are only good enough to win the shit sandwich division known as the AFC South and then be dog-meat for a real contender in the playoffs.

So, the reality is, this blow has been softened tremendously for the Texans fans as we know who we are as a team. And we never were a Super Bowl contender and that was made painfully obvious when Belichick kicked our asses with a third string rookie quarterback.

Good pts & no reason to believe that the Texans still won't win the AFC-S.

Sounds likely that Watt will be out for all of 2016

This is where I wish they would release what type of back injury he is suffering through. Depending on what type and the severity we could be looking at something that really takes away from his career big time. Knee injuries we see players come back all the time. Shoulder no problem. Back injuries though still seem to be the career enders or at least make the player a shell of their former self.

Yeah, seen a lot of speculation regarding a recurrent back injury/issue being the kiss of death in so far as returning as the player you were before.

It will be an interesting situation if the Texans make the playoffs.

Will he try to come back for that.? It's 3 months away.

Yup, hope JJ and Tony Romo can come back but it makes you wonder if they can fully come back.
That didn't come out right but you know what I mean
