LOL... I couldn't care less what a coaches demeanor is.

I just don't think a coach who acts like a child and throws temper tantrums when things don't go his way is good for a young team.

He's a fucking clown, and when things go wrong, he throws a fit. His young team responds by committing personal foul penalties and letting the game get away from them. He's every thing wrong with your team, and when he's gone. You'll see that.

Young players respond to their coaches emotions. When he's out of control and acting like a clown. They panic and follow suit.

There's a reason you guys have started well every year under him, and then folded after the first five or six weeks.

What I meant was, I don't care if a coach is even-keel (AKA Belichick) , or a fiery personality (AKA Harbaugh).

What I was talking about was a coaches sideline behavior. By all means, be fiery if that's what you wish. Just don't stomp around and cry like a child when things don't go your way. There's a difference between being "fiery" and totally losing composure. Mike Ditka was fiery, but under control... So was Bill Parcells... So is Jim Harbaugh. Jim Schwartz loses his composure.
