I think Nick Foles can win a SB

Cause people dot know his name but he is an excellent LBer. Sean Lee didnt make the pro bowl either last year and was All Pro. I'm just stating it had a big impact on our D. I aint making excuses. Im telling the truth. Just like a few years ago when the Cards were fantastic and they lost their QB... it was over. Its not an excuse. Its fact.

Great. He’s very good. But constantly listing the injuried players and defining their ability “when healthy” just sounds like you’re whining.

We all know about the Eagles injuries. It’s been mentioned over and over and over.

Damn right I’m whining. Just like when AZ was freaking balling a few years ago and lost their #1 and #2 QB. I would have whined about that too.

I never got the... it’s an excuse deal. Like I said before... Carl Lewis gets his foot amputated before the 84 Olympics and doesn’t win the 100. But it’s just an excuse. Don’t get it.

I am still not a believer, but if you want a glimmer of hope on Foles this may be it: Eagles players said they only did light walk-through practices the past two weeks because Pederson sensed the team was tired and there was little to play for anyway.

Maybe with two weeks of real practice, Foles looks like a decent NFL QB. Maybe...

Come on now. Losing a Pro Bowl QB is a huge deal. It's "next man up" until you lose your franchise QB, then it's a totally different deal and one good game by Foles doesn't change that. Just ask Green Bay.

I happen to think the Eagles will win on Sunday. Eventually the Pats will run out of miracle comebacks. If Wentz was playing I'd really like their chances.

Maybe last SB was in the miracle category. But no team in the history of the game is better at making adjustments than the Pats. That is why they have these comebacks.

Right off the the bat, the Pats have one less threat to worry about with Foles.

The game plan to beat the Pats is to spread them out.....kind of like the Chiefs did and the Eagles could do.......if they execute the game plan properly.

The way I see it every game Foles is getting better.
End of regular season - Horrible game
1st playoff game - good game (no mistakes)
last playoff game great game (someone said he was perfect in the 2nd half didnt bother to look it up though)
on to the superbowl with about as much momentum as you could have.

The eagles were rocking on all cylinders in all three facets of the game.
