Broncos at Raiders, winner is first in the division. I'd imagine this is exactly what NBC was hoping for when they scheduled this game on Sunday Night Football.

I must admit, it feels good to actually enjoy hating the Raiders again. Make no mistake, I've enjoyed their decade plus of futility, but it was hard to muster up the same kind of hatred for them. No more.

So here's hoping for a great game on Sunday, with both teams playing their best, and...nope, can't do it. I hope we grind them into dust.

Biggest game for the Raider's organization since they lost the Super Bowl in 2003. Maybe there will be enough interest in Oakland to finally remove the black tarp that covers the upper deck seating.

HAHAHA well if I thought Broncos fans would try to go to the black hole for a game I might think they would but I wouldn't walk into that stadium if they paid me to go. Are there still 70,000 Raiders fans left in the world after that terrible 15 year run?

Raiders/Broncos rivalry has been dormant for far too long. As much as I hate the Raiders, I readily admit that the league and our division is much more fun when they are relevant. Just how relevant are they? Well, we'll find out on Sunday night.

If we keep bumping this thread up to the top of the General Boards, maybe a Raider fan or two will crawl out of the Black Hole and participate in the "hate".

Yeah that has been a question brewing lately is who is the Broncos biggest rival? Really lately it has been the Patriots. We have played them twice quite a few seasons with both playoff implications during the regular season and Super Bowl participant on the line in the playoffs. I mean of the past 5 Super Bowls the Broncos and Patriots have been the AFC representative in 4 of them.

But if the Raiders have actually come out of their funk for the last 15 years maybe they can jump to the top of the hate list again.

The problem being though most of those penalties were just a lack of discipline and knowing what is going on. They got called for quite a few false starts/off sides penalties. They had what 2 or 3 where they had at least 12 men on the field. These were not the "they were just being aggressive" type penalties.
