And just like that, the agonizing streak comes to an end ..And that pales in comparison to the fact that, within a few short weeks, the Broncos have turned their fanbase ( for the most part ) into believers ...
I'm going to give the HONORABLE MENTION nod right here and now to Mingo, the only true believer in Broncodom as he was the lone participant to correctly picked The Good Guys to win on Sunday ...

I'll add a little Broncos / Chiefs trivia here:
1) Who is the only QB to lead both the Broncos and the Chiefs in winning percentage during a season ?
2) Who caught the game winning TD pass from Joe Montana in the epic MNF game that pitted Elway's Broncos vs Montana's Chiefs ??
.. and now onto this week's big winner
When the dust settled on Week Eight, we had two participants with 13 wins : Mingo and Colorado Buff .. Both got the MNF game correct ... Ming prognosticated a final of 31-22 and ColoradoBuff 31-17
The final score was 26-14
As much as I'd like to have PICKING THE BRONCOS TO WIN as a tie breaker, that is just not in the rule book
