Sick of Curry pulling that slimy thing out of his alimentary canal and chewing on it like a snotty little teething child. :mad2: Quit showing that, please!

On we go to Sunday. the Dubs up 1-0.
serious they don't play until Sunday??? I just waited a week and a half for them to play game 1 and they get another 2 days off before they play game 2 which requires no traveling?

What comes first the end of the MLB regular season or the NBA finals? NBA clearly doing whatever they can to drive this thing out as long as it can go.

I wouldn't get too excited. Kyrie out isn't good but this is the first Cavs loss in 7-8 games in the playoffs.

Down 10. He had 42. Irving gets hurt, it's all over. GS has way too many weapons even with Kyrie 60-70%
No I mean the way he had to carry the team and then when it mattered in OT he passed the ball instead of doing what he did all game. He went hiding. Overall I give him credit. He really did carry this team.

I had GS in 6 if Irving is out they got this in 5. With or with out Irving GS had this and this game showed that. U won't get another game like that from LBJ and they lost.

This win just gave GS all the confidence in the world now.

This game shows why Lebron James is one of the most talented players in NBA history, but will never be the best ever. He can score at will within 12 feet from the rim, but he insists on shooting 3 pointers. He is 18% from the 3-point line in the playoffs yet he still took 8 of them tonight. And what was that last shot in regulation?

No player can do everything at the best level. Jordan knew his limitations and didn't jack up 3's, he drove the lane. Lebron doesn't recognize his limitations.

On a side note, he probably should have had 2 or 3 offensive fouls the way he pushes and elbows the defender when trying to clear space.

Well that does it for the night.....Great game 1....glad GS won, as I hope they win the whole thing. I hope Irving is back and healthy for game 2 as a healthy Irving will make this a classic finals. Without him GS walks away with the trophy.

Good game 1 though.

It is called being smart.

You're not getting any ratings in June on Friday or Saturday night. The finals are played Tue, THU, and Sundays unless it goes to a game 7.

The schedule is always the same way.

Yep, the NBA knows how to milk the Finals for every dollar it can generate. Sunday is the next game.

Then play in Cleveland on Tuesday.
So stupid.

Did they let Wiggy plan the schedule out?

Cannot get over this butterfly effect.

1.) LeBron bad shot to miss at end of Regulation. Shump misses miracle put back by an inch? (maybe?)

2.) OT, Kyrie gets hurt, Cavs lose.

That damn close to being up 1-0 with a healthy Kyrie and feeling GREAT about where you are at.

Instead you leave down 0-1 with Kyrie's health in doubt.

Not trying to sound whiny. Its just unreal how small the margin is/how quickly things turn

I wouldn't get too excited. Kyrie out isn't good but this is the first Cavs loss in 7-8 games in the playoffs.

Bogut was well below average except for 1st 5 minutes. Draymond Green had a sub par game. Klay Thompson was average at best. Iguodala and Curry were fantastic except for the bone-headed turnovers by Curry. Barnes was good not great. Bench was good not great except for Speights.

What a difference one inch makes. Schumpert's follow misses by an inch and in OT the Warriors overwhelm Cleveland and Kyrie may be done for the playoffs. Major momentum shift for the rest of this series.

You're feeling good that the Heat isn't in the Finals?

Our last decades been pretty impressive.

As far as depleted team, I believe most Cavs fans said James left here because we were depleted by the Finals.

Kyrie is like glass.

Time for him to move on again?

I'm praying Kyrie has a "curry-esque" career arc injury wise. Curry used to have the same stigma attached to him.

I don't get why some games Lebron just starts jacking up 3s 24/7 lol.

I dunno, it was pretty obvious in OT Lebron was tired and the rest of the team just had zero clue what to do because Lebron/Irving and Love (when he was in) carried them all season.
