Huh? When was I saying that Manning was good earlier in the year or that the defense pulling out big plays every week was sustainable? You're not going to bench a guy like Manning when the team is winning. They lost last week and he's completed almost as many passes to the other team today as his own. That coupled with some injuries he had going in and it seems like the perfect time to bench him.

If you were calling for him to be benched before today, to you I say be realistic that was never going to happen until it had to.
