I just don't have a good feeling about this game. Hope I'm wrong. I just see Buffalo killing us. Maybe we sneak into the playoffs with Miami and the Steelers both losing. Even then... 8-9 team in the playoffs is pretty pathetic.

Absolutely NO!

If the Bengals beat the Ravens and the Bills lose, the Bills become the #3 seed. No way they sit anyone. The NFL screwed them by not allowing thm to complete the game against the Bengals. McDermott's ego has been pricked and he wants the best possible situation. Getting the #2 guarantees that the Bills play in Buffalo (As long as it doesn't snow and the league puts the game on a neutral field). If the Bills win today and the Browns beat the Steelers and the Jets beat the Dolphins, guess what? The Bills will play the Patriots next week in Buffalo. If the Patriots win and the Bengals win, The Bills are #3 and would play the Ravens. The Chargers would travel to Florida and play the Jags.

Meyers will continue to play though a shoulder injury that's limited him for most of the season. The Patriots will be without TE Jonnu Smith for the regular season finale, opening up more snaps for Hunter Henry. Also inactive are CB Jalen Mills, ST Brenden Schooler, CB Shaun Wade, DT Sam Roberts, DB Joshuah Bledsoe, and RB Kevin Harris.
