Okay just re-read the article. it does say an increase of 18 games.
It does also quote Delaney as saying "no team will play on Friday more than twice wich is in contradiction and I assume Delaney knows what he is talking about too.

At least nebraska knows where it rates in the B1G.

Right up with there Michigan State, Rutgers, Illinois, Maryland, Wisconsin, Purdue, and Northwestern(twice). Five B1G West teams, the two newcomers from the b1G east, and Michigan State.

Too soon to tell what the pecking order is, since this is only year one. I had predicted Rutgers, maryland, Purdue. and illinois since they are the bottom feeders and new guys. But it looks like Ohio State, Penn State, and Michigan won't be having to do it. And the B1G East favoritism starts to shine brighter.

We do know Nebraska will not be hosting a Friday Night Lights game because of the 90,000 fans that arrive and the national sellout streak. But I suspect Nebraska at Northwestern, Nebraska at Purdue, Nebraska at Maryland, Nebraska at Rutgers, Nebraska at Indiana, Nebraska at Illinois all to be on the docket a lot. Nebraska at Minnesota will probably be on there also.

we play Rutgers the Saturday before and then get 8 days to get ready for Wisky. Ohio st comes after wisky then a bye week.
