Poor Franks. You can't replace an ankle like a knee or hip or shoulder. He's never gonna run well again, for life.

He actually goes to classes and gives his degree some weight...unlike many of the G.E.D. flunky fucks who laugh at his suckage. I'd hire him as a broker, but he appears to panic under pressure and make bad decisions.
