ohio state winning pct in 2016 is .916, Penn State is .846.

No they didnt. The teams have to be equal and they werent, they explained it on the show. Penn St having two losses was the difference and that blowout loss against Michigan was a backbreaker as well. H2H and conference championships are only a tiebreaker for equal teams, which they werent equals

No they didn't. They've maintained this entire time that conference championships and H2H are two of several criteria for being selected. So are SOS, resume, statistics, and performance vs. common opponents. Oh yeah, PSU has more losses.

Actually conference championships had a big effect on the final rankings. No way should Clemson have jumped Ohio St, and certainly there is no way Penn St should have jumped Michigan that was just inexcusable. Those were totally done by Conference Championships, and they should not have been done.

PSU's came to (8-4) Pitt by 3 & (10-2) UM by 39, tOSU's came to (11-2) PSU by 3.

It's debatable whether tOSU was the better team or not, but they were definitely the most deserving.

You can argue from a local standpoint and make some sense. But from a National standpoint the best 4 teams are in. In the end the system worked.
