What really happened last night between Embiid/KAT???

Marcus Smart and Giannis got mixed up last night, too... not a fight, but both got tangled and took each other to the floor rather than let up.

You could tell Giannis was pissed, though... he got a technical foul within minutes after that.

I went with potato salad, but it seems to me that centers made of glass should not throw stones.

To be perfectly honest, this is how it felt to be a Sixers fan when we played the Celtics for the past several years.
Horford/Smart/scheme was always there to deter Embiid/Simmons and it was obviously frustrating to watch.

It feels like the Celtics have a very thin margin for error in always having to play efficient offense and defense.

It's going to be very interesting to see how how 'small-ball' runs its course through the league versus what the Sixers are trying to do.

So the Sixers have a talented forward that is scared to shoot past 10 feet and a ultra-talented big that is made of glass and his man goal is to get in fights. Kinda unlucky.

As far as the fight or brawl, this is nothing compared to back in the day. This is like a 2 out of 10

That's a fair critique of the Celtics... their main problem on offense is that they have no "bread and butter" player or play, and their main problem on defense is that they lack quality length/size.

That being said, I have been impressed with how hard they are playing this year. They are drawing tons of offensive fouls on the opposition and working to create a bunch of turnovers... fears that the Boston defense would take a major step back this season may have been overblown.

Offense will be interesting. When the Celtics are hitting their 3's... they can look as good as any team in the league. When they're not, they can look awful. The C's have been very inefficient on the offensive end to start the year... but still winning. Which is great, if they can kick the offense into gear they may be able to join the top tier in the league.
