3 time pro bowler, best QB or top 2 last year, I think his record with Arizona is something like 30-10. Had that injury in 2005 that put his career in jeopardy otherwise imo he would've been a no doubt Franchise QB type of guy.
In that regards then Id agree because it really highlights the risk of moving up for one single person.Maybe but I consider health a skill. Not being able to stay healthy for most of his career really diminished his value.

I will say that Matt Ryan's YPA is 7.2 and Luck's is 7.0. Stafford is 7.0. Carson Palmer is 7.4.
I also think its fair to point out that its possible that the Colts have already ruined Andrew Luck with Carr syndrome of getting hit way too much. Or as Rams fans call it "Bulgerized"
Its a catch-22 for a guy like Luck but more importantly...I am not trying to disparage Palmer. He's had some really good seasons.
Luck should take a lot of blame for the hits takes.
That's the point. Even if Goff/Wentz works out, you're creating holes in several other positions based on the lack of picks available.
I'm sure the Eagles are fine with having holes if their QB turns out to be a stud. Sure beats have a solid team with NO QB.
Tell that to Dan Marino.I'm sure the Eagles are fine with having holes if their QB turns out to be a stud. Sure beats have a solid team with NO QB.
Tell that to Dan Marino.
You can add Romo and a number of other QB's who's holes on their teams prevented them from winning. I'm just saying the price the Eagles gave up they better hope whoever they pick turns into an ELITE QB.Tell that to Romo, at least Marino went to a Super Bowl.
Every NFL snap??? Every NFL snap???We'll see. I've watched every snap he's had in College and NFL so there's no need to give me a recap on his less than average NFL career. To be fair, this coming year will be the best group of wideouts/TE's he's ever had and probably the best OL as well. Also, looking back at his unlucky streak of injuries and his up and down play, the later half of 2015 to me looked like a solid improvement. Who knows, maybe it will carry over into this season.
From your lips to God's earsAnd not saying it will work out. There is a very real chance he is another Couch/Leaf/Russell. Then it is a major fail. But I'd rather they take the best shot they have at the best franchise QB they have a chance for, then run the much higher risk they don't find that guy.
Every NFL snap??? Every NFL snap???
I've only seen about 25% of them and that's all it took for me to know he ain't great. Maybe you'll come around eventually. Could just be blinded by your Sooner glasses
Then their entire front office will be murdered by their fans by week 1...What if the Eagles jumped up ahead of Dallas to draft Ramsey?
Yeah, but they measured Romo flaccid...FWIW, Rodgers 9.38", Romo 8.86", Dalton 9.50", Flacco 9.625". Goff 9.00".
Just think...as of right now it looks like they have a QB for each downI'm sure the Eagles are fine with having holes if their QB turns out to be a stud. Sure beats have a solid team with NO QB.
I agree,
I agree, but the Rams need a good QB to make it to the playoffs. Don't forget they haven't been to the playoffs in 13 years and haven't had a winning season in 11 years. The Rams are pretty solid on defense and they drafted some good talent on the O-line last year. The Rams have +55,000 season tickets sold for the 2016 season in Los Angeles and have to start winning NOW, or they will lose their fanbase in a hurry.
Thanks for the correction. Actually that was the 2004 season, where the Rams were 8-8.The Rams made the playoffs 11 years ago. And beat the Hawks in a WC game.
