Better to have too many Qbs than too few. I would have thought Browns fans would know this by now.
So maybe you draft QB in the both the first and the second rounds this year or maybe the first both this year and next year....oh wait...oops...

Still, put aside the Redskins QBs, it could be a challenge to find Romo replacement. Could be a long drought.
And this is where Jerry and many Cowboy fans put their heads in the sand. The need could come up as soon as injury hits Romo and history tells us that could possibly be pretty soon. We better be ready for it or shame on us...

Many of our fans have acknowledged the need to find the next QB, just haven't been in position to find him.

Why not? Couldn't they have drafted Derek Carr for example, he was a second round pick.

I thought you guys really lucked out with Romo. Whoever found him should be paid handsomely. Hopefully, they won't find another one. They do seem to do well with UDFA Everson Walls was a UDFA. One of my HS buddies was a UDFA that year with the Cowboys, and he came back telling us about how good this guy was. My buddy ended up getting cut and working as aq UPS Driver.

Because Jerry says Romo has 5 healthy years left...with that in the bank why would we look for a QB:noidea:

He was ready to play NOW though, and the Cowboys don't really need a 1st rounder that's ready and needs to play now.. They just haven't chosen to invest in a developmental guy, which they should've done already. With the expanded game day roster, the move is to have your starting QB, a veteran backup, and a developmental prospect.

And most of the credit goes to Sean Payton for finding Romo. Some say Parcells, but that seems more just him agreeing with Peyton...

In today’s NFL, you need to gamble if you think its for a franchise QB. “That trade will set the franchise back for years” Where have I heard that before?

FACT: Redskins won 2 out of 4 NFC East Championships since the RG3 trade…and appear to be in good shape going into 2016.

To be fair, the NFC East has sucked for the past four seasons, and looks like it'll suck again in 2016.

"Fair"? Let's talk facts...the NFC East is the most dominant conference in the Super Bowl era.

Congrats on the Championship last season, well deserved.
