Nope.

Not only that, but not one team they will have faced will have an offense ranked in the top 50%.

Rotating schedule means some years teams will play great conference schedule and some years they won't . Wisconsin consistently plays a solid OOC , they don't owe an apology to anyone for Iowa, Nebraska and NW all sucking dick this year . If the Badgers go 13-0 they'll be in the playoff regardless of what anyone else does , as they should

Yeah but most likely as #4 playing Alabama or Georgia which won't go well for them

Wisconsin has a great D, a great run game and very good OL. As long as Horningbrook doesn't turn the ball over the Badgers will represent themselves fine versus anyone . They certainly wouldn't be favored but to be frank Alabama hasn't played anyone either and UGA has one great win vs a team who plays a lot like Wisky and it was a one point game

Their OOC schedule this year was a joke. It doesn't matter what they "consistently" schedule. There's no reason to reward that kind of schedule-padding, irrespective of how lousy the rest of your conference opponents are.

Yeah agree.

Not like Wisconsin can dictate who they play in the conference schedule.

No, they cannot help their Big 10 opponents are all complete trash. But they can dictate who they play out of conference. They scheduled Utah State, Florida Atlantic, and BYU, three horrendous teams who haven't been great in years. If you compare that with the 1 loss teams it's a joke. Ohio State played Oklahoma, Army, and UNLV. Clemson has Auburn and South Carolina. Miami has Notre Dame. Georgia had Notre Dame and Georgia Tech. Notre Dame is independent, but they have UGA, USC, NC State, Miami, Navy, and Stanford. Etc.

If you guys win out and beat Ohio State, you will be an undefeated P5 team. I would likely have you in the playoffs, and I suspect you'd be decimated by Bama. But in a scenario where you drop a game, of course it's reasonable that they would penalize you for having one of the worst schedules in football when all the others had a tougher road there. They did that to Boise State for years, and they would typically have a marquee win as well.

Bullshit. Pure and utter bullshit.

You give them an excuse for having a terrible conference schedule, which is fine. Then give them a pass for normally having a solid OOC. Florida Atlantic, Utah State, and BYU. There is nothing solid about that. Further, they had Washington scheduled for a H/H and originally for '17/'18, changed it once to '18/'21 and the dumped it all together. This wasn't done to them, they did it to themselves.

They aren't alone with bullshit schedules. Quite a few ranked teams have nothing but garbage and that trend will likely continue to grow given you can get ranked highly without ever having to actually play a team with a pulse so why wouldn't it become more the norm?

Washington's is bad, Wisconsin's is terrible, hell Bama's is bad given that FSU is pure trash this year.

Call it what it is and stop making excuses for it.

So, if you take a look, it's pretty much what you guys have done for the last couple years, yes?

Something about those that live in glass houses should STFU...

I agree with all of this. See, Bama at least has room to complain, as they scheduled FSU when everyone thought they'd be great. But I haven't heard them do that at all. They take it one game at a time, and trust it will sort itself out.

And FYI Moab, he said Washington's schedule was bad.
