Did this weekend blow the B1Gs chances of a playoff team?

I get it, there is a lot of football left to be played, but where are the quality wins going to come from?

• PSU doesn't have one.
• OSU is relying on PSU, and at best could add a win over Wisconsin
• Wisconsin still hasn't played anyone and hasn't looked that great even against mediocre opponents. Best win is likely to be against a 2(+) loss team, likely outside the top 10-12

Michigan State took themselves to the shed. If you watched the game you would have saw that. We aren't going to the playoffs but I'm telling you where the quality wins are going.

Undefeated Wisconsin gets in, but outside of that, they will need a lot of help. I can think of about eight top-15 teams that would all need to lose for them to get back in.

1-loss Wisconsin wouldn't get in over 1-loss UGA. Maybe they would over 1-loss Alabama

The committee has already shown they're willing to put 1-loss teams ahead of Wisconsin. I don't think a win over OSU (whom I don't even think they'll beat) would somehow change things.
