Take a few days off, Rodney; don't come back until it's perfected."Tipping his pitches"? Heh, I can hear the commentary now: 2-2 pitch, a tip-ball over the plate--AND IT'S GONE.
This is basic shit that takes the Mariner "coaches" 100 games to figure out. Good god
LOL. Cue the excuse machine. How about saying we screwed ourselves by not providing a backup plan for a 38 year old closer
It is just an absurd excuse they are going with. These words from the Mariner org. tells me one of two things: Either they are lying and this is just an poor excuse, or our coaches suck balls because opposing hitters where able to figure out he is tipping pitches before our "coaches". LOL at this crap.I think they are trying to pull an old Yankees deal by talking something up to unload a player on somebody else (usually us).
Next week I will expect to hear that coaches have found that K-Nino has been tipping swings. Considering he usually swings before the pitches throws the ball, they may be on to something.
This organization must think all the fans are idiots with the stuff they say and do
So when Rodney leaves 2 strike fastballs over the middle of the plate that are hit 400+ feet, I'm supposed to buy it's because he's tipping pitches. Got it.
Sure glad they pinch hit for Guti because that guy isn't clutch.
Your being sarcastic right ? Because Guti has been kinda hot lately... He just hit a game winner why not let the man hit, he's feeling the flow right now.....
I believe you missed his sarcasm
