Wow! Is this the first time that they've worn the road Blue Jerseys at home? That's gonna look nice at home.

I've never understood the fear of the Blue Jersey's. To me, I like to see them once in a while

I remember back in the day ...the Giants would wear the white Jerseys at home ..just to force the boys to wear the blue.

Are they actually wearing the royal blue jerseys, the navy road jerseys they wear now or the updated alternative original road jerseys in the navy?

oh well....another jerry

IRVING, Texas – The Cowboys won’t be wearing a traditional throwback jersey for Thanksgiving this year.
But it still won’t look like any normal home game at AT&T Stadium.
For the first time since the Cotton Bowl days, the Cowboys will wear their regular blue jersey at home in Thursday’s game with the Raiders.
In compliance with NFL rules, teams are not allowed to wear an alternate helmet because of the league’s enhanced awareness on concussions. So the throwback jerseys with the white helmets as we’ve seen in recent years was not an option for the Cowboys.

I heard on 105.3 the fan this morning, that the reason they can't wear the white helmets, is because a helmet must be worn for 37 days before it can be worn in a game. Something about breaking in the helmet. The Cowboys argued with the league saying the silver helmets they wear now, were not worn for 37 consecutive days before game one was played. The league still said no. They then argued that a player traded would not be able to break in his helmet with a new team prior to playing his first game with new team. The league still said no. Sounds kind of dumb to me.

Sounds dumb to me too, but why the F is Jerry bothering to argue it? Why can't he just STFU and accept the rule?

Just another reason why he shouldn't be GM. The GM should focus on Football. The owner can focus on his wife's choice of art work and the uniforms the players are going to wear all he wants.

Why can't they make the white helmet the same as the silver one? Does white helmets cause more head injuries?
